Refund policy

 

Returns
Due to the personalized nature of the x-ray marker sets, only the stickers are available for return. Stickers are eligible for a return with 14 days of delivery date in the original state that they were received. Buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping for the return of the product. 

X-Ray Marker Sets are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of the product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds are only granted for items that are damaged or defective. Please reach out to me at hello@theradmamashop.com to open a refund request. Please be aware that proof of damage will be requested in order for refund to be granted. If I have made an error processing your order (wrong initials, wrong design etc.) a refund for the full amount or replacement will be sent to you.
