Processing Times:
X-Ray Marker orders ship within 7 days of order date.
*please keep in mind these are the times it takes for your item to be shipped out and not for when to expect delivery by.
*There are times when I'm out of office that the processing times will be delayed. You will know this from the announcement bar at the top of the website. I will do my best to reach out to buyers during these times to let you know if that is the case.
Shipping Policy:
Orders are sent out via USPS with first class postage which can take up to 5 business days for an item to be delivered. Please note that there could be delays due to weather etc.
The Rad Mama Shop is not responsible for any packages that are delayed or undelivered due to an inaccurate address entered during checkout. Please double check spelling etc.
Once your item has shipped you should receive an email with tracking information for your order. Please note it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
If your tracking information shows a "Delivered" status and you have yet to receive your item, please allow 5 business days before reaching out. Many customers that have had this issue have eventually received their order within the next 2 business days.
